2 1/2 years ago, a little princess named Makena Lee entered the world with a head full of hair. Makena rarely left the house without a "hair pretty" in her hair. Makena's mama, Carah, searched high and low for that extra-special bow, and soon realized that good bows were hard to come by. So, she stared making her own. A couple years later, Carah's sister, Rita, learned she too would be having a little girl. Putting their creative talents to good use, the two sisters began making hairbows together. After a few requests from family and friends, they decided they would make a go of selling these bows to other mamas looking for high quality, original, and super cute hairbows.
